-Objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of sales process, retaining the customer, keeping the business on technology edge.
-List of responsibilities: Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customers.
-Meet customers on daily basis, support the customer on the issues they face, review the orders and issue requested invoices.
-Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries and Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
-Reporting to: managing director and deputy minister of finance and economy.
-Subordinates: subordinates.
-Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 07am- 04pm.
-Travel requirements: in some cases within the country.
Requirements
-University Qualifications: BSc in business management.
-Other certifications obtained: iso 9001, familiarity with model of organizational excellence(EFQM 2013).
-Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as sales manager in a pharmaceutical company or 5 years experience as head of sales in a pharmaceutical company.
-Specialist knowledge: Financial analysis, elastic search, being expert in windows and office tools and familiarity with rahkaran system software.
-Soft Skills and Personality traits: teamwork, adaptability, leadership skills, communication skills.
