- Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer.
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Requirements

❖ Experience: 7+ years of sales managing, preferably in a professional services firm
❖ Strong eye for business and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate business strategies
❖ Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills
❖ Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
❖ Ability to handle difficult/urgent situations and conversations, working well under pressure while maintaining professional rapport and confidentiality
❖ Proven team player but also able to operate independently
❖ Strong prioritization and time management skills
❖ Commitment to continued learning and keeping up on regulatory changes/requirements
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office
