- Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports regarding sales progress and performance
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity
- Collect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas
- Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales and recommend promotion or change of personnel in under-productive departments
- Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
- Monitoring competitors' activities and products
- Attend various exhibitions
- Active to upgrade products databases and brochures
Requirements
- High ability to make different face to face contracts with different managers and companies
- Designing and implementing a strategic market planning
- At least bachelor degree in marketing and MBA or any other IT fields
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software
- Flexible (in working hours, work conditions, travels)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Capability to work in a team and under pressure situation
- Self-motivation and well organized
- At least 5 years experience, preferably in software selling
- Fluent in English is preferred
