- Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Visit the customers and Build meaningful and close relationship with them.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, also evaluate the customer.
- Meeting with the managing director to assess company performance.
- Understanding customers’ need, informing them with our suppliers product range.
- Take part in exhibitions, conferences and meeting
- Translate the technical sales and discussion during the meeting
- Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness.
- Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate.
- Be able to travel for visiting the customer and taking part in exhibitions
- Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
- Ensuring the organization has an effective sales training programmer.
- Working with management team on budgeting and planning.
- Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
Requirements
- University qualifications: at least BS University Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Sales Manager
- Capable of preparing related reports
- Positive, Self-motivated, hardworking personality that is well organized and team oriented.
- Personal Discipline, Integrity, Honesty, Precision and Penchant to remain Up-To-Date.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills
- Ideal Age Range: 30 to 40 years old
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English
