Management of the sales team
• Generation of ideas/solutions to increase sales.
• Full reports of sales activities
• Contribution to development of customer service policies
• Providing help and advice to customers using our services
• Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
• Establishment of solid business relationship with customers
• Preparing regular monthly, weekly and daily reports
Traveling to related provinces of his/her sale zone if necessary and performing contact sale.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development and report to manager.
• Set up sale strategy, forecast & Sales Planning.
• Collect market information and apply to sales strategy
• The Ability to identify the new market potential as well as potential customers
• Identify and seek new sales channel and propose new solutions to increase sales level
• Customer relationship management
• Planning and supporting sales
• Achieving seasonal & annual sales targets
• Training sales teams & the new staffs
• Reporting to Managing Director
Requirements
• Preferably M.S. in MBA, DBA, Marketing, Business or other related areas.
• Decent experience in Sale, Marketing, negotiation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related areas.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation and communication skills
• Military service must be completed for male applicants
