*Requirement: -10+ years of proven experience in managing and developing sales teams in highly competitive industries, preferably FMCG, E-commerce, or similar sectors. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate large teams. -Solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and design growth strategies. -Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels. -Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges effectively.
