Job Description

*Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and lead sales specialists and supervisors to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable growth.
-Design and implement optimal strategies for workforce and resource allocation across different regions.
-Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
-Conduct monthly feedback sessions, evaluate performance, and provide actionable solutions to improve team results.
-Engage directly in strategic negotiations with key vendors and major partners to secure high-impact contracts.
-Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and design improvement initiatives.
-Ensure contract quality and compliance with company standards and policies.
-Regularly accompany sales representatives in the field to stay closely connected to the market and customer needs.

*Requirement:
-10+ years of proven experience in managing and developing sales teams in highly competitive industries, preferably FMCG, E-commerce, or similar sectors.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate large teams.
-Solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and design growth strategies.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
-Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges effectively.
