● Establishing and maintaining professional communication with major customers, KOLs, heads of scientific associations, and important medical centers. ● Determining the areas which have to be covered by the sales team. ● Double visits with the sales team, actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the sales field operation. ● Determining the sales targets for the sales team in accordance with the final objectives and policies. ● Supervising and coaching the sales team in order to achieve the annual sales target. ● Monitoring the performance of sales executives, supervisors, and product managers. ● Expanding the scope of sales activities within the market. ● Monitoring and analyzing the market, customers’ needs, and competitors’ actions in order to make the right sales decisions. ● Monitoring and reporting on the company's affiliate campaigns and promotions. ● Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales. ● Communicating with business partners to match goals, strategies, and uniformity of views on promotional items. ● Organizing and managing the conferences and promotional activities to introduce products. ● Collaborating with the commercial team and other internal partners to meet project deadlines. ● Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
● Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Veterinary doctorate degree. ● Excellent sales and marketing skills. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Excellent command of English. ● Working experience in pharmaceutical companies in sales manager position for at least 3 years.
