Sales Manager

Job Description

A company active in wire and cable manufacturing is looking for an individual with the following abilities to be a sales manager.

Duties:

• Develop and implement sales strategies in accordance with the company's goals.
• Manage the sales team, set goals, and monitor their performance.
• Develop new markets and increase market share in target areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide analytical reports to management.
• Continuously communicate with key customers and increase their satisfaction.
• Participate in developing pricing policies and contract terms.
• Train and improve the level of competence of the sales team.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of industrial sales experience in the wire and cable or transformer industry.
• Experience managing a sales team and familiarity with the principles of leadership and team motivation.
• Familiarity with sales and reporting software.
• High skills in analyzing sales data and writing reports.
• Strong public relations, decision-making power, and a results-oriented spirit.
