Job Description

Rahbaran Fanavari Moein is looking for an experienced sales manager to lead and manage its sales team in Tehran.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Manage and lead the sales team to improve performance and increase sales
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Analyze data and regularly report to monitor sales performance
• Set and track individual and team sales goals
• Related to negotiations and contracts with customers

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in communication and negotiation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and use it effectively in sales decisions.
