Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Making joint sales calls as required and actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities whilst developing skills within the field sales operation.
  • Expanding the scope of sales activities within the market.
  • Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs, and company actions in order to market and product development.
  • Supervising the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the company's affiliate campaigns and promotions.
  • Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales targets.
  • Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales.
  • Communicating with business partners to match goals, strategies, and uniformity of views on promotional items.
  • Determining the sales targets for the sales forces in accordance with the final objectives and policies.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional communication with major customers, KOLs, heads of scientific associations, and important medical centers.
  • Managing the process of organizing conferences and promotional programs to introduce products.
  • Determining the areas which have to cover by supervisors.
  • Monitoring the performance of sales executives, supervisors, and product managers.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team and the other internal partners to ensure those project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met.

Requirements

  • At least ten years of related experience in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Able to expand, manage and lead a sales team in a dynamic atmosphere.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
