Mana Energy Pak (Mep Cell) is a knowledge-based business active in the clean energy industry as the biggest company in the solar panel section. We are hiring a talented sales manager to join our growing team. She/he will be responsible for developing sales strategies together with the head of marketing and sales, recruiting a sales team, identifying key potential distributors/customers, and leading the sales team to reach sales targets.
Responsibilities:
● Study the market, understands the competition, and create a strategic plan.
● Develop a sales strategy and go-to-market model.
● Develop sales processes.
● Develop distributor’s roles and responsibilities, terms, and conditions.
● Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
● Recruit, hire, train, and manage the sales team.
● Set sales targets for each team member compares performance to targets and adjust targets as needed.
● Provide detailed sales forecasts.
● Provide feedback to team members.
● Build a strong relationship with customers, understands market opportunities, plan, and act on those opportunities.
● Negotiate with high-potential customers.
● Create a competitive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience as a sales manager in the energy/electricity business.
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus.
● Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
● Strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● English knowledge is a plus.
