**Agrin Karmayeh Company**, in line with expanding its commercial activities and market presence, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the position of **Sales Manager – Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industries**.
### Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and market development strategies
• Identify and acquire new customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power sectors
• Manage relationships with key clients and foster long-term partnerships
• Follow up on sales opportunities, tenders, and procurement inquiries
• Coordinate with Technical, Commercial, and Procurement departments to prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct negotiations and finalize sales contracts
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Lead and manage the sales team and evaluate team performance
• Prepare periodic sales reports and market forecasts
### Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial Equipment, or related sectors
• Familiarity with tendering processes, contracts, and industrial procurement procedures
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing relationships with key clients
• Proficiency in English
• Strong planning, leadership, and target-oriented sales management skills
