● Market intelligence, monitor market, prepare and share regular reports about products, prices, and competitors.
● Expand sales channels as per the announced goals by sales management and initiate product distribution to the new dealers.
● Achieve sales targets (region by region, dealer by dealer) through ongoing sales operation/function and keep engaged with the sales channels regularly.
● Follow payment matters by dealers for the corresponding actual sales as per the company rules and regulations.
● Continuous presence in the market and meet dealers frequently.
Requirements
● Strong communication skills, powerful dealer relation management, and proactive in the sales function.
● Problem solving ability and have expected skills to analyses market situations as per the market intelligence operation.
● Acceptable acquaintance with accounting basics.
● Capability in Microsoft Office, especially; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Good ability in sales negotiation fundamentals (in a special form: with hypermarkets, B2B, and unions)
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
● Important point: Experience as a sales expert in-home appliance company will be an added value.
