Job Description

● Achieve the monthly sales and marketing target. ● Analysis and observe the customers' behavior in order to improve the selling. ● Track the market and competitors. ● Analyze market sales' trend based on data analysis. ● Attend exhibitions, seminars, and events. ● Arrange and attend client meetings along with marketing team ● Close deals with clients. ● Manage communication between clients and company ● Monitor clients' projects to ensure the quality of service. ● Travel requirements: Occasional.

Requirements

● Highly motivated ● Strong communications, negotiation and problem solving skill. ● Ability to work well under pressure. ● Strong understanding of the sales and marketing process, building relationships. ● Minimum four years of experience in aromatic plants and herbals tea industry. ● Able to work well independently and in a team environment. ● Time management, meeting deadlines, and multitasking. ● Bachelor’s degree in any subjects. ● Expert in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. ● Gender: Male/ Female. ● Ideal age: 25-35.
