-Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services/products by either visiting or contacting customers in different fields
-Create, maintain, and update vendor information
-Services existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing meetings or communicating with existing or potential customers
-Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalog and to inform them about product pricing, availability and advantages
-Establish new accounts by answering telephone, fax, email inquiries; verifying and entering information
-Monitoring customer preference
-Establish and maintain a relationship with current and potential customers
-Evaluating all related tenders and taking appropriate action
-Resolves customer complaints by recording problems, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
-Providing Technical/Commercial proposals to customers
-Familiar with the industrial market (preferably HVAC, construction) -Gross Monthly base salary: open to negotiation
Requirements
-B.S. or M.S. in Business, MBA or other related field
-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
-Minimum 3 years of experience in sales field
-Familiar with the industrial market (preferably HVAC, construction)
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
