-Create, maintain, and update vendor information
-Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalog and to inform them about product pricing, availability and advantages
-Establish new accounts by answering telephone, fax, email inquiries; verifying and entering information
-Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, line or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
-Monitoring customer preference
-Responsible for achieving his/her target
-Work as a team member with other sale experts
-Establish and maintain a relationship with current and potential customers
-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual analyses
-Evaluating all related tenders and taking appropriate action
-Resolves customer complaints by recording problems, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
-Providing Technical/Commercial proposals to customers
-Reporting to: Sales Manager
Requirements
-B.S. or M.S. in Business, Commerce, MBA, Management
-Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial field
-Familiar with the industrial market (preferably HVAC, construction and Oil& gas market)
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Familiar with Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK) and general computer skills
-Ability to present the products and develop new ideas to increase market share
