Job Description

PARTO TEJARAT RADIN is looking for a Sales Specialist( KAM) – Food Ingredients (Food Flavors & Colors) to support business development and customer management in the food and beverage industry. This position is based in Karaj and requires a background in Food Science and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage and develop strong customer relationships.
Analyze the market and provide well-documented reports to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze the market and identify sales trends.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science and Engineering.
Fluency in English.
Experience and knowledge of R&D operations and beverage production processes.
Good knowledge of the beverage, confectionery, and chocolate industries, as well as related production machinery.
