● Identify potential customers and trace and propose any new business opportunities.
● Work strategically to increase the awareness and use of our company's products.
● Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports.
● Follow up with all the potential customers and monitor the sales process.
● Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
● Maintain and develop relationships with customers through regular calls, meetings, and contacts.
● Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
● Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner.
● Work closely with the technical team in order to cover the technical demands of clients.
● Gather and analyze consumer behavior data and communicate with the technical team.
● Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events.
● Responsible for attending exhibitions, events, counters, and specific points.
● Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
● At least 3 years of experience as a sales expert in cosmetic and health products (preferably ingredients).
● High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
● Able to travel around Iran and probably abroad.
● Excellent in time management and multitasking.
● Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking.
● Teamwork skills.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian.
● Minimum age: 26 years old.
