Job Description
Objective of the role: Identifying customers, negotiation and keeping in touch with them until leading up to sale and delivery. Interval and seasonal visits of customers sites (store or field). List of responsibilities: - Manage customer effective relations by receiving client feedback, evaluating the results and consideration for meeting the better supports. - Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting. - Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and care about the achievements, continues improvement, finding the possibilities and solutions to move to the upper management. - Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Reporting to: Managing Director and Sales Manager.
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSC of Agriculture engineering, at least. Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Expert. Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Office skills. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skill, Ability to work as a team member, excellent communication skills. Being authentic and have integrity.
