● Follow up sales process from start to end.
● Establish and maintain a good relationship with current and potential customers.
● Coordinate and attend face-to-face meetings for sales.
● Prepare technical and commercial proposals and conduct technical clarifications.
● Negotiate with customers in order to receive purchase orders.
● Monitor, control, and manage purchase orders.
● Follow up to deliver products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule.
● Create a document database for the projects.
● Collaborate with sales teams to find customer requirements in order to promote sales.
● Market research for competitors and customers to define competitive sales processes.
● Report to the sales director regularly including daily and weekly reports.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
● Good oral and written communication skills in English.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
● Self-motivated and teamwork ability.
● Strong problem-solving, technical, analytical and negotiation skills.
● Experience in the sector of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical is preferable.
