- Identify potential business opportunities in the Iranian Oil & Gas market and transfer them into orders
- Build and develop the Sales & Marketing strategy for Iran
- Identify, establish and maintain very close interactions with EPCs, engineering companies and licensors for the approval process
- Visit fabricators and process equipment manufacturers
- Follow-up closely with customers and end-users for new projects
- Co-ordinate with agents and distributors to increase the revenue in Iran
- Traveling 60 to 70% of the time
- Negotiate the pricing and other contractual conditions
- Report market needs to ensure having full control on inventory and stock rotation levels
- Prepare and execute annual budget and forecast and collaborate with the financial department
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing with an aptitude for technical marketing
- Age: approximately 30-40 years
- Engineering degree in Mechanical/Materials/Industrial engineering with an aptitude for sales
- Having experience in advanced metal industry in stainless, high Ni alloys, and super alloys
- Good knowledge of the Iranian Oil & Gas customer environment
- Fair understanding on industry key players, licensors and engineering companies
- Application knowledge in the equipment for downstream Petrochemical Process Industries, Refineries, Fertilizers, Organic and Inorganics Acids, Steel Plants, Power Generation and Critical Heat Exchanger market
- Good communication skills, written and oral in Farsi and English
- HUNTING approach and proven experience in identifying and developing new business
