Sales Planning:
• Perform market analysis for segment.
• Develop segment sales forecast.
• Target and develop plans to grow current accounts
• Use FSW sales system to manage accounts.
Sales Responsibilities:
• Go on customer visits. Be with the customer as much as possible.
• Obtain orders.
• Build relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop clear understanding of customers' needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Identify and develop new customers.
• Present FSW products and services to customers to meet their needs.
• Conduct seminars and presentations.
• Engage in frequent communication with customer care.
• Follow up and monitoring of payments.
• Proactively anticipate customer's needs.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
• Maintain customer records with latest information.
• Conduct all business within the scope of FSW company policies & procedures.
Sales Reports:
• Write and submit weekly highlight reports.
• Supply weekly report including but not limited to all customer visits and activities, competitors, industry and market related information, etc.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Requirements
• Outside sales experience in a related product field, minimum 3 years.
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook knowledge required
• Good command of Farsi in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• English knowledge preferred.
