Job Description
● Forecasting the full-year volume and TO.
● Following up on the results and updating YTG plans
● Monitoring and leading achievements to catch up TO, Volume, TTS, and USG targets.
● Distributing channels' targets according to the channels' strategy.
● Month ends closure based on business expected results.
● Preparing FY promo plan (trade and consumer) with trade term structure and handing it to the channels.
● Innovation planning (three years volume forecast, SKU mix, pipeline volume, TTS, the Best time for implementation).
● Working on price increase scenarios.
● Price increase implementation and planning.
● S&OP session leads to securing onward plans and mitigating or compensating for any possible risk.
● Presenting sales and marketing results and plans in S&OP meetings as a sales and marketing representative.
● Informing S&OP and related teams about market updates or any specific risks.
● Managing budgets for sales and marketing.
