• Develop and execute the overall Sales Capability strategy
• Design standard sales processes, SOPs, and best practices.
• Lead training programs for sales reps, supervisors, and regional managers.
• Improve and manage sales tools (PDA / Sales App / dashboards).
• Build KPI frameworks and performance evaluation systems.
• Drive route-to-market improvements and coverage optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT to elevate sales execution.
• Lead and manage the Sales Capability team.
• Conduct periodic market audits to ensure process compliance.
• Win Rate Improvement – increase in closed-won deals following capability programs.
• Sales Cycle Reduction – Shorter deal cycles as a result of better skills, tools, or training.
• Certification / Competency Attainment – Number of reps achieving role-specific certifications or skill benchmarks.
• Drive sales growth & execution excellence (ensuring products reach shelves and move fast).
• Runs induction, product knowledge, sales skills, and leadership training.
• Builds structured learning journeys.
• Standardizes sales processes (coverage, call frequency, execution standards).
