Collaborating with other teams within the organization in preparing product and technical development plans.Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of your actions and analyzing the results.Collaborating with the sales unit to develop strategic joint activities.Participating in developing individual and collective goals (OKR) and performance indicators (KPI) of the sales team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Food Industry, Chemistry, Paramedicine, Management, or other related fields.Work experience in sales and marketing.Ability to provide scientific and specialized explanations to specialist doctors.Familiarity with pharmaceutical and food marketing work.Ability to manage the sales and marketing team.
