-Annual marketing strategy development and execution to achieve fiscal year objectives, using relevant disciplines including: advertising, content, event/trade show, direct response, website, social media, strategic partnerships, e-mail list management.
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets
-Close and constant contact with suppliers to define and execute annual marketing plans based on their global strategies.
-Present sales and revenue reports with realistic forecasts to the ,management team.
-Identify new markets and segments while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
-Analyze sales statistics and monitor customer satisfaction and preferences related to the sales operations to determine focus of sales efforts, and demand for products.
Requirements
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
-University degree in animal science, veterinary medicine or equivalent
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office,
-Excellent leadership skills: be able to evaluate how their sales staff performs and must develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills: proficiency in building clear, propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media and to company executives
-Knowledge of communicating in English; second language is a plus.
