The main objective of this role is to drive profitable growth and development of Building Adhesives Business in Iran under one of our global brands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying and building business opportunities, accomplish/close business cases and projects
- Establishing and developing distribution network and national presence
- Building and leading sales team
- Developing business plans with country management and drive the execution
- Cooperating closely with marketing department and actively develop portfolio
- Implementing specific action plans and supporting business strategy
- Establishing strong product presence and brand visibility
Requirements
- University Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management
- MBA would be considered as an advantage
- Previous Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales department
- Other Skills:
- Strong experience in business development
- Demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong People Management skills
- Well organized, with a strong sense of urgency and able to set, communicate and reach ambitious business targets
- Independent, self-driven and hands on person
