- Implementing sales/trade activities to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Prepare, control and responsible for marketing Investment Budget. Including Advertisements, BTL and launch plans
- Responsible for Sale Forecast and Sales promotions; Planning/Budget and control
- Direct supervision on marketing activities (designs, campaigns and distribution efficiency)
- Supervision on export and whole sales opportunities
- Brand management and brand innovation
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Manage the research team to monitor customer requirements and behavior to determine focus of sales and brand activities.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control office based sales team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related areas.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a good command of English.
- Have Academic achievements in the relevant fields Computer Skills: Expert with
