● Conduct telephone and in-person negotiations.
● Organize all sales activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiations, and order based on updated prices and current rules and regulations of the company.
● Participate in sales meetings.
● Prepare technical and financial documents.
● Prepare and organize sales and marketing reports on CRM and Excel files.
● Introduce products to companies and provide technical after-sales services to them (laboratory tests).
● Identify and develop new opportunities for products and services for existing and new customers.
● Monitor, evaluate, and report the competitive market conditions.
● Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets, and new products into new markets.
● Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
● At least three years of work experience in sales.
● Good familiarity with raw materials, chemicals, and laboratory.
● Familiar with consumer items and factory packaging.
● Ability to communicate effectively with customers and sell products to them.
● Ability to solve technical problems.
● Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● High and active responsibility.
● Ability to do teamwork.
● Creative, hardworking, and punctual.
● Fast learner.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office and CRM.
