● Achieve the policy and goals set by management.
● Suggest improvement strategies to management for the effectiveness of the management system.
● Communicate with customers; telephone conversation with customers and their guidance.
● Arrange sales contracts for customers in coordination with management and send them to customers.
● Identify tenders related to the products and services of the organization and announce them to the management to prepare the tender documents.
● Report visits and meetings with customers to the sales manager on a regular basis.
● Cooperate in identifying new customers and sales development.
● Prepare a report on customer performance and present the results to the sales manager.
● Issue pre-invoices and sales invoices for customers based on the price list announced by the management.
● Collaborate with other sales experts to achieve the expected results.
● Cooperate with the company's financial unit to collect customers' claims.
● Attend exhibitions related to products and services and identify customers and submit reports to management.
● Pursue corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance.
● Monitor and measure sales-related processes and take action to improve.
● Perform other tasks assigned by the sales manager.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree.
● Fluent in ICDL.
● At least 2 years of experience.
● Sales and marketing experience.
● Communication skills.
● Teamwork and negotiation skills.
