Job Description

● Develop and manage sales and marketing activities in the defined market segments. ● Schedule sales activity. ● Prepare sales records, documentation, and information and report to the management and prepare and develop a customer database. ● Monitor and report sales activities per week and daily to an upper-level manager. ● Follow up every inquiry until achieving the desired result. ● Gather information to determine potential sales of products and services. ● Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values, and benefits of each product. ● Acquire market knowledge (Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development) and get updated frequently. ● Control on customers' payments. ● Maximizes efforts to achieve the target of sales within the assigned territory. ● Reporting to the CEO.

Requirements

● Familiar with marketing concepts: marketing plan, Marketing research,... ● Ability of team-working, self-confident, self-motivated, good public relation, and well-presenting skills. ● Ability to make documents and proposals. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree. ● At least 2 years of experience in the managing sales and marketing department. ● Understanding the sales process. ● Try to build a constant relationship with the current and potential customers. ● Computer skills (MS Office). ● Familiar with CRM is an Advantage. ● Acceptable spoken and written English. ● Self-motivated and well-organized. ● Creative, trustworthy, energetic and motivated.
