Job description: ● Monitor sales goals and evaluate progress towards the company's goals. ● Evaluate customer satisfaction and develop plans to increase this rate. ● Plan and design sales reports and deliver them to senior managers. ● Guide and coach team members to increase their sales skills. ● Ensure transparency regarding the priorities and operational goals of the organization. ● Acceptance of the investment application (as far as the authority allows). ● Financial management and budgeting of the organization's operations. ● Accept the employment and exit applications of the group under his command ● Guidance in recognizing the talents and development processes of groups. ● Ensure collaboration and synergy between groups. ● Collaborate with the strategy development and planning team to implement grand plans. ● Facilitate programs to achieve goals to improve the performance of the organization. ● Subsidiaries: Sales Team. ● Probation period: 1 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8.30 to 17.30 and Thursday 8.30 to 13.30. ● Basic salary: 10 to 12 million Tomans. ● Rewards and benefits: Sales Commission.
