Job Description

  • Manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data of the organization and provide technical and analytical support and interpretation of management reports and dashboards to the sales team to help determine sales potential, identify, evaluate, and increase sales performance.
  • Manage and supervise collecting sales and customer data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and monitor the reporting processes to ensure the accuracy of the available information, resolving and correcting discrepancies in the report.
  • Manage and develop sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide suggested solutions to the sales team and management if necessary.
  • Provide reports and insights based on the data of the sales and marketing team to the management to announce the status of the team and guide in the development of strategies.
  • Review and present financial, sales, customer, and competitor data analytical reports to evaluate sales performance, analyze market trends and customer competitive activities, and identify potential opportunities or threats.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and provide solutions and suggestions based on data analysis and scientific insight to review and optimize processes and business development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide suggestions for developing annual and monthly sales and customer data management.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and provide advice regarding the effectiveness of sales strategies, campaigns, and pricing plans to evaluate sales performance and profitability and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Cooperate with the CRM unit regarding providing necessary data and reports of activities related to customer complaints for targeted planning in line with appropriate responses.
  • Forecast future growth and trends through competitive analysis, past performance metrics, and other indicators.
  • Participate in creating and pursuing innovative business development ideas in different sectors and framing sales strategies.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to create an overview of the organizational performance for use in future management decisions.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • 7 years of experience.
  • Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Office, Power BI Data Analysis tools, statistical modeling software, etc.
  • Accountability, outcome-oriented, consumer-oriented, people management and team making (teamwork), systemic thinking, leadership, and effective communication skills.
