Job Description

  • Prepare and make monthly account reconciliations with customers.
  • Book customer invoices in ERP.
  • Ensure appropriate controls over revenue processes.
  • Match or clear the received amount from the customer against related invoices.
  • Control customer credit limit and credit sales.
  • Close contact with the customer to resolve any issue.
  • Record and monitor FOC.
  • Monitor and record key account promotions and discounts.
  • Follow up on the settlement status of delivered invoices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales accounting.
  • Full knowledge of sales channels and their barriers and limitations to improve the control process.
  • Full knowledge of accounts receivable and the factors affecting its balance.
  • Experience working with financial and sales software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
