Job Description

● To collaborate in developing best practice commission policies, processes, and procedures that both enhance customer service delivery and process efficiencies. ● To collaborate with manager to create a balance between MTN Irancell business requirements and distributor expectations about commissions and dealers’ performance. ● To participate in technical meetings with ITS team related to system enhancement and provide solution to make better decisions. ● To calculate all channel sales’ commissions (e.g., Registration and Activation SIM, DMS (Document Management System) submission, distributor and dealer incentive) and dealers’ bonuses based on sales and distribution commissions policies based on agreed timelines. ● To control bank and customer service levels for dealer collection accounts. ● To prepare commission and bonus and incentives reports for authorization and payment to all channel sales (distributors, banks, corporate sales, and retail and sales channels and dealers). ● To prepare adjustments on paid commissions for authorization to book at ERP system. ● To make sure accuracy of EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) reports or any of reports that is basic for commission calculation by cross checking with other exist reports are received from relevant S&D teams. ● To propose, drive, and implement system enhancement projects for calculate and payment of commissions. ● To ensure adequate provisioning commissions costs for authorization to submit finance. ● To prepare and have a proper data base and filed up documents of channel sales performance and payments. ● To prepare and submit commission statements to all distributors and dealers monthly. ● To support the internal and external commission payments audits by providing information for auditors when required. ● To reconcile dealers' and distributors’ performance and their commission payments. ● To provide tax office requirements about dealers and distributors commission payments. ● To review the commissions and issue requested invoices, resolve and respond to dealers’ issues and inquiries. ● To collaborate with the planning team, BRM, budgeting team, and other related departments to perform assigned ad-hoc tasks on time and provide reports to managers.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields; Accounting, or Financial Management. ● Fluent in English. ● At least 3 years of experience in commission accounting; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Experience in financial management and accounting systems.
