With more than 45 million active users, Cafebazaar is going to develop a new digital marketing business channel. Powered by a work culture focused on high performance and continuous improvement, the company will be the biggest ad channel in terms of application user acquisition in the country. Now is the critical time for our expansion. People are discovering Cafebazaar every day, and our App store is the top reference. We want app developers to consider us a trustworthy, affordable user acquisition channel. Our ads sales manager is responsible for getting the attention of digital marketers to Cafebazaar ads as an important channel. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process. You will help identify, convince, and retain key potential customers, and you will also support the strategy and creative proposals. Key responsibilities: ● Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. ● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. ● Identify customer needs or issues and Liaise with internal stakeholders to find the best solutions to customers’ issues. ● Follow up with customers or internal teams to ensure customers’ issues are resolved. ● Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams. ● Report on the status of accounts and transactions. ● Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

● Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail. ● Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds and a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients. ● Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment. ● Superb written and verbal communication skills. ● Flexibility to work irregular hours, when required. ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ● Multi-tasking abilities. ● Patience when handling tough cases. ● Able to work efficiently with a team. ● Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
