● Aggregate, compile, analyze and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders.
● Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and new products.
● Follow up on target achievement at different levels, find the deviation, and participate to design and implement corrective actions.
● Responsible for reports to management to monitor sales operations.
● Monitor competitors’ activities.
● Propose ways to increase sales and coordinate with relevant teams.
● Analyze the trend and KPI of sales teams in different periods to investigate the causes of their increase or decrease to propose corrective action to improve.
● Review effective factors in planning and their effectiveness in formulating an optimal plan.
● Regular and occasional communications to internal and external stakeholders.
● Lead and manage a team and keep them motivated by properly defined activities.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience as a planning manager in FMCG.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
● Strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
● Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in required analytical tools.
● English knowledge is a plus.
● Ideal range age: 40 to 50 years old.
