Job Description

  • [Project Management] Plan the timeline for the collaborative tasks for the field force team, retailers, and regional office.
  • [Channel Management] Monitor and take counter action to boost channel performance and enhance consumers’ experience thru different retail channels.
  • [Retail Census Optimization] In collaboration with CMI (Consumer Market Insight) team, plan and execute a roadmap to enhance RM (Retail Management) coverage.
  • [Retailer Engagement] Analyze stores data to identify low-performing KPIs (Key Performance Index) of the retailers and participate in the proposal of collaboration with retailers.
  • [Retail Mapping] Carry out retail mapping to select the stores with the highest growth potential with retailers to achieve the maximum return on investment.
  • [Line-Up Optimization] Analyze to determine the most suitable line-up in stores based on retail mapping and the characteristics of each store.

Requirements

  • Marketing communication, mid and long-term plan execution, understanding a sales process, understanding retail business, understanding inventory management, system data analysis, understanding promotion, understanding store grade management, understanding store clustering, and documentation skills.

Required Functional Competencies:

  • Innovation, problem-solving, collaboration, driving force, communication, business acumen, planning and organizing, customer focus, and decision-making.
  • Excellent in English proficiency; writing, speaking, and listening.
