Job Description

● Manages daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists servers and hosts during peak meal periods. ● Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. ● While carrying out the job duties listed below, the Hotel Restaurant Supervisor contributes to our continued business success by providing unsurpassed guest service, personal and professional dedication to our Mission, Vision, and Values, and demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical standards. ● Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards and respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management. ● More than six years of work experience. ● Ability to manage employees. ● Excellent skills in attracting customers and providing appropriate services to them. ● Strong communication skills. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets. ● Ability to organize and plan tasks. ● Be thoughtful and polite. ● Ability to maintain calm in high-pressure working conditions. ● Kind and honest. ● Neat and tidy appearance. ● A polite and accurate person. ● Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
