Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or preferably Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Three years of supervisory experience in research and development in mobile accessories; computers and audio and video products.

Technical Skills:

• Overall technical knowledge of electrical accessories and products.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

Research and Development Expertise:

• Proven experience in leading research and development projects.
• History of successful research and implementation of product resourcing in the computer or mobile category.

Team Coaching Skills and Teamwork Spirit:

• Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire a team of researchers and engineers.
• Effective project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development.

• Excellent communication skills to negotiate technical and business subjects with foreign suppliers and also other teams in the company.
