Kimiyagaran Behzeest needs an experienced research and development supervisor whose duties are as follows: Responsibilities: The research and development supervisor works in the research and development unit; In this unit, everyone is expected to have the ability to perform all activities related to product design and development. One of the tasks of research and development expertise is to translate the functional requirements of a product. Update your knowledge according to the latest technologies and try to localize and apply them to the company's products or services, participate in planning to modify and improve products or services and optimize them. This person must be able to collect sufficient data on the level of customer satisfaction and the possible reasons for dissatisfaction and provide effective corrective solutions to improve them, as well as have analytical power and analyze the data. ● Direct Manager: CEO. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
