The position:

As a regional medical advisor, you enable scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals based on marketing portfolio strategies.

Your main duties include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute strategic Medical Affairs plans aligned with brand objectives, including managing clinical studies and publication strategies.
Lead engagement plans for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders, collaborating with Business Unit colleagues to ensure effective communication and training for sales teams.
Maintain cross-functional collaboration with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and other affiliates to share best practices and ensure alignment with global strategy.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines, reviewing promotional materials for medical accuracy and providing therapeutic expertise to internal stakeholders.
Support patient access strategy for focus products, participating in personal development and training sessions to uphold Novo Nordisk's core values and professional standards.

Requirements

A university degree preferably as a Medical Doctor, PharmD. or Ph.D. in Bio-Medical Sciences.
Alternatively, candidates without a medical degree must possess at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a position related to medical affairs.
Strong presentation abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
