-Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization -Sourcing, selection & recruitment process -Competency based interview model -Setting up the recruitment interviewing programs -Complete reference check and background check on selected candidates -Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees -Updating CV bank -Implementing and following up onboarding plans - Report recruitment's monthly

Requirements

- Having good interview skills -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel…) -Effective communication and negotiation skills -Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Human Resources and relative field. - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience. -Ideal Age: 28-34
