Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague who is responsible, eager to learn, and interested in teamwork in the Adorateb recruitment team. The primary focus of this job position is on recruitment and hiring, but if you are interested, you can also gain extensive experience in other areas.

Some key responsibilities of this job position include:

  • Coordinating and organizing with other units to receive HR requests.
  • Searching in selected organizational sources to find the required workforce.
  • Reviewing and analyzing received resumes based on job-related qualifications.
  • Conducting phone interviews.
  • Checking references and job histories of applicants.
  • Searching for the best channels to post job advertisements.
  • Taking all necessary actions to post ads on recruitment sources, such as websites, newspapers, etc., under the direct supervision of the recruitment supervisor.
  • Conducting necessary tests for applicants.
  • Compiling employment reports based on a well-defined schedule and presenting them to the recruitment supervisor.
  • Updating the database with information from received resumes (CV pool).
  • Archiving all documents related to the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining and preserving reports and documents related to the recruitment unit.

Requirements

  • Educational background preferably in Management.
  • Fluent in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with human resources management principles.
  • Familiarity with various interview types (structured, competency-based, etc.).
  • Familiarity with various personality tests and psychological assessments.
  • English skills: Intermediate to advanced.
