Job Description

- Leading R&D efforts of company from its inception to develop a range of Audio Visual device products - Building and implementing a detailed research work plan to fulfill company's research objectives refer to range of products - Working to improve and expand company's goal - Developing prototypes for range of products based on company's technology - Collaborating with world professionals to run products testing and communicate with companies which are related - Managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams to develop several products in parallel - Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies Job Requirements: A successful candidate will have: - A profound knowledge of Electronic and Computers Engineering. Experience working with electronic devices (hardware and software) is a strong advantage - A Master's degree in a scientific discipline from an accredited college/university and 3+ years of relevant experience - An inquiring mind, intense curiosity, and strong desire to innovate in the A/V device field - Proven experience as a project manager with good supervisory and teamwork skills in a fast faced and challenging environment

Requirements

University Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic or computer Engineering and R&D, or Marketing, Management, or MBA Previous Experience: - At least 3 years’ experience in R&D management Specialist Knowledge: - Good knowledge of Telecommunication business is highly appreciated. -To be creative and motivated to research and knows everything related to lunch new products and electronics brands - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer; - This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet browsing skills. Other Skills: - Committed and result oriented - Ability to delegate - Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts - Ability and willing to work in new and changing environment - Talent for people management - Strong relationship builder - Highly motivated self-starter Language Skills: - Reading, Writing, and Speaking English (Advanced Level)
