Job Description

We require an expert in R&D and launching lines in the bakery field (different kinds of bread, buns, rusk, sourdough bread) and the confectionary field (cake, muffin, croissant) with the following conditions: Roles: ● Conduct research on the bakery and supplement industry for new trends, new ingredients, and processes for working with challenging ingredients, new regulations, and labeling. ● Product launch planning and directing. ● Corporate with other areas of the organization (R&D, manufacturing, sale, marketing) to implement these changes. ● Report to the R&D manager. ● Conduct all production-related activities including ingredient performance, formulation, nutrition, and food labeling regulations. ● Conduct laboratory work and microbial and chemical standards. ● Declare an opinion regarding the required changes in the production process according to the quality conditions of the raw materials.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Industry Engineering. ● At least 3 years of working experience in the bakery industry. ● Excellent written and oral English communication skills. ● Experience in confectionery product development is a plus.
