Job Description
A reliable food industry holding requires a number of experts in research and development and launching lines in the field of water-based drinks with the following conditions:
● Plan and direct product development projects, from idea generation and concept development to market entry.
● Product launch planning and directing.
● Monitor, analyze, and evaluate brand performance and customer and consumer feedback to ensure that the marketing mix is aligned to meet changing customer or consumer needs.
● Corporate with other areas of the organization (R&D, and manufacturing) to implement these changes.
● Cooperate with the sales team to initiate, plan and oversee the implementation of local initiatives to drive volume growth.
● Monitor and influence demand forecasting; monitor sales and other brand metrics and adapt plans as required.
● Report to the marketing manager.
● Conduct all production-related activities including ingredient performance, formulation, nutrition, and food labeling regulations.
● Conduct laboratory work and microbial and chemical standards
● Declare an opinion regarding the required changes in the production process according to the quality conditions of the raw materials
● Independent management of multiple projects.
