Job Description
-Steer and supervision of quality control technician and evaluation of their function
-Preparation of sampling procedure for raw material intermediate and finished products
-Completion of tests for sample of raw material, intermediate and finished products
-Optimize formulations by calibrating the formula with actual base oil quality under supervision of T&D manager
-Responsible for quality control of raw material intermediate and finished products according to Behtam Co. standards and standard organization
-Help to documentation & find record of Non-conformities and potential NC
-Cooperate with QMR & process owner in process measurement and all related documentation
-Planning for calibration of Lab equipment, quality tools and internal audit
-Responsible for traceability of finished products
