Job Description

This position is expected to be the Quality Control Manager for both methods transfer and routine product testing. As a leader for the site, this individual will exhibit leadership traits and characteristics and be perceived by not only his/her group as a leader, but also by the site when Quality Control issues arise. ● Overseeing, managing, and ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of QC. ● Supervising operational departments of the site. ● Ensuring that this success of the teams by oversight of the supervisors (or possibly team leads and supervisors) of the functional groups.

Requirements

● PharmD or PhD. ● Minimum 4 four years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a QC manager. ● Advanced leadership skills and scientific knowledge. ● Must be familiar with Local regulatory affairs, EU GMP standards & International pharmacopeias. ● Must be fluent in English. ● Willing to travel. ● Fast learner. ● Sharp - Self motivated. ● Leadership skills.
