Job Description

● Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. ● Implementing, maintaining, and improving Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001:2010, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. ● Documenting quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits. ● Reviewing and compiling executive methods and processes of organizational units. ● Identifying and designing organizational processes. ● Producing comprehensive documents such as process models, activity diagrams, workflows. ● Developing and implementing process metrics to document initial baseline process performance, identify meaningful metrics, and identify efficiency and quality goals.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in Industrial engineering, Management, MBA, and other related fields. ● Mastery of the principles and concepts of the quality management system. ● Proficiency with design and monitoring of quality management systems. ● Project experience and knowledge of the six sigma method DMAIC or DMADV (DFSS). ● Mastering the development of executive methods and supervising how to implement them. ● Knowledge of process management including Business Process Management and BMPN 2.0. ● A certificate in quality assurance such as Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus. ● Time management. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● High accuracy and focus. ● Minimum 3 years of related experience.
